Tonight we had our potluck social of the 2012 Brownies. Short
and to the point; good food brought by the students with lots left over.
All
the students showed up so we had our first face to face meeting. We started off
as a combined meeting of the Columbia and Brown groups. We then broke into separate
groups to discuss specifics of our trips and locations. We passed out and collected
the Parent Permission and Student Agreement forms. We ended with a question and
answer session. We also confirmed we had the correct emails for all students.
I hope you all had a good time--without us. Not to worry, though. I had some microwaved left over KFC and enjoyed the company of my cat. The benefit of my "pot luck" was that I didn't have any break-out meetings to attend.
